Kevin McKinnon Douglass is a young Scottish man living alone and unloved in a remote town a few miles from London. Forgotten by abusive parents, he ran away at the tender young age of 15 to start a life for himself, and has been forced to live off the streets since then.
But lately, strange urges run through his blood. Urges that command him to kill, to spill blood, to become the classic horror-movie bad-guy he always hated. He can't resist the urges, and doesn't know where they're coming from.
Until, one night, he meets a talking rat, whom he names Jason, and learns it's Satan himself giving Kevin these urges, using him like a tool.
And now, when he is commanded to kill an innocent group of teens, how can he stop himself from murdering a secret from his own past?
